The site is a six storey, Grade II listed block which includes a basement. The fourth floor and part of the third floor were not touched by us and residents remained in occupation throughout the duration of the works. The remaining areas were converted into new residential use comprising 4nr one bedroom, 5nr two bedroom and 2nr three bedroom apartments. Scaffolding, external stairways and hoists were utilised so that as little disruption as possible was caused to residents. Works also included façade repairs and sash window refurbishment/replacement.
