    This Design & Build project involves the conversion of an office building into 26 apartments including 2 new rooftop penthouses.

    The project involves the full external and internal refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed premises and the construction of a new studio. Works include brickwork repairs, electrical alterations and substantial redecoration.

    This design and build project involves the full refurbishment of 11 apartments split across 5 properties, 4 of which are Grade II listed. Works also include the rebuilding of extensions to the rear of 2 of the properties.
