We undertake construction projects, including new build, refurbishment, fit-out and restoration, with specialist divisions for mechanical and electrical services, joinery and plant hire.

    Enabling, re-modelling, refurbishment and external works to a ward within a live hospital environment. Works include construction of a new entrance lobby, the refurbishment of 12 bedrooms, new offices and new hard landscaping to form a garden and sports area.

    This Design & Build project involves the conversion of an office building into 26 apartments including 2 new rooftop penthouses.

  • Rossetti Studios, London, SW3
    Value: £2.6m

    The project involves the full external and internal refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed premises and the construction of a new studio. Works include brickwork repairs, electrical alterations and substantial redecoration.

  • Wandsworth Road, London, SW8
    Value: £1.9m

    This design and build project involves the full refurbishment of 11 apartments split across 5 properties, 4 of which are Grade II listed. Works also include the rebuilding of extensions to the rear of 2 of the properties.
